Osmose Fitness is a sports club open both to hotel guests and to outside members. For safety reasons, the access to Osmose Fitness is not authorized to the children under 16 years.

It has around twenty latest generation devices for cardio and bodybuilding. Group classes are also given in a specially fitted room: spinning, yoga, self-defence, modern dance,…

There is also a sauna, a hammam, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool with hydromassage area. The view is superb, giving onto the old fort walls that date back to the 10th century.
