The concept? All dishes served in casserole dishes at very affordable prices.
The menu draws its authenticity from the roots of the Liège and Wallon cuisine, particularly varied and surprising: kidneys flambés in gin, black pudding, quail in Liège syrup, crayfish and trout from the streams of the Ardennes, Liège stew, bacon enisée, rabbit with prunes,… not forgetting the Herve cheese, the Ardennes ham and sausage and the “boukètes”, delicious buckwheat crepes.
With its full menu, its set menus and its “cocotte of the day”, the Crowne Plaza Liège “Les Comtes de Méan”’s brasserie offers high quality food at excellent prices.
Seating 90 inside, in good weather this is complemented by 90 more places on the spectacular terrace and a few deckchairs outside.
In the morning, from 7 am to 10:30 am, the “Ô Cocottes” brasserie also serves the hot and cold buffet breakfasts of the Crowne Plaza Liège “Les Comtes de Méan”.
